The terms that apply when you use this website and the Clement TECH Ltd customer platform.

About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the Clement TECH Ltd website and customer platform. Software development projects are also governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work, which takes precedence for that project. Hosting services are also governed by the Hosting Service Terms.
Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account.
- Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
- We may suspend an account to protect the platform, other customers or you, and will explain why unless the law prevents it.
Orders, invoices and payment
Prices, taxes and billing periods are shown before you order and on each invoice. An order is confirmed when payment is confirmed by our payment provider, or when we confirm a manual payment. Overdue invoices may lead to suspension of the related service as described in the Hosting Service Terms.
Intellectual property
Website content belongs to Clement TECH Ltd unless stated otherwise. Ownership of software we build for you is set out in the agreement for that project.
Acceptable use
Your use of our services must follow the Acceptable Use Policy.
Liability
Limits of liability, warranties and remedies are to be defined with legal counsel and stated here before these terms come into force [to be confirmed]. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Rwanda [to be confirmed with legal counsel].
Changes
We will post changes here with a new date. Material changes will be notified to account holders before they apply.
